Refund policy

Three Sticks is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  We aim for the photos and images on our website to be as close as possible to the actual colourings of the sheepskin pelts.  However we cannot guarantee that each device used can portray the sheepskins in the same way. 

If you have any concerns or would like to see a few more images of a particular sheepskin, then please get in touch on hello@threesticksnz.com as we can happily discuss and help you in your selection.

We anticipate that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy, please contact us as soon as possible within 48 hours of receipt of your sheepskin.  Please note we can only accept a return once it has been discussed with us.

We do not accept returns on the basis of Change of Mind as we would rather spend the time with you in the beginning to help with your selection.  However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we are more than happy to discuss these with you and if agreed, we can offer a credit note or an exchange.  The package must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order and in original condition and securely packaged.  Return shipping will be at your expense.
